What items do you take?

We remove most household and commercial items, including furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard debris, dry & wet paint, and construction debris. An extra fee applies for the proper disposal of construction debris (asphalt, sheetrock, ceramic material) and we do not take hazardous waste.

What areas do you service?

Here is a full list of the cities we mainly service in Fairfield County: Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, New Canaan, Norwalk, Westport, Wilton, Weston, Fairfield, Ridgefield, Redding, Easton, Trumbull, Bridgeport, Stratford. There is an additional travel fee for locations over 20 miles away from Norwalk.

How does your pricing work?

Our pricing is primarily volume-based, we charge depending on how much the trailer gets filled up. We have additional fees for extra labor, stairs, and for other scenarios. Once we take a look at your items, we can estimate based on this pricing to give you an accurate quote.

Yes, all on-site estimates are free. We'll stop by, take a look at what needs to go, and will give you an accurate price based on our easy to understand pricing sheet. How quickly can you schedule and complete a pickup?

Same-day or next-day service may be available depending on location and availability. Jobs are typically scheduled within 24-48 hours, and it usually takes us about 30-45 minutes on average to load up a full trailer depending on where the items are.

What types of junk removal services do you offer?

We handle everything from single-item pickups to full cleanouts, including furniture and appliance removal, garage, basement, attic, and whole-property cleanouts, as well as construction debris removal. If needed, we even help you sort your items for what's junk, what stays, what can go to donation, and what can be resold. We'll then make the dump runs/donation runs accordingly.

Do I need to be home for the pickup?

Not always. As long as we have clear access to the items and have confirmed the details ahead of time, we can complete the job without you needing to be present.

Where do you take the junk?

We properly dispose of all items into the proper location. Most junk items will go to the local transfer station, while construction debris is brought to a separate station that specifically takes that material. Wet paint gets recycled.

Do you donate or recycle items?

Whenever possible, we make an effort to donate or recycle items that are in good condition. Our goal is to dispose of junk responsibly and reduce landfill waste when possible.

How does your resell/consignment process work?

If we ever come across extra valuable items that can be resold while doing a cleanout, we can connect you with local resellers that will sell the item for you, and you'll get to keep a percentage of that final sale. The fine print will be presented to you by the reseller, and we'll deliver the items for you to them.
